Link Table large

A coffee table so robust it could be used as a BBQ. Crafted from a single piece of solid aluminium, Link is hand polished with a black powder coated finish. The chainmail design on the surface creates a mass of detailed shadows.

Made from solid cast aluminium using the technique of sand casting. The process involves compacting sand into a casting box (once the tool is removed) and pouring in liquid aluminium to form the shape. Once the parts have solidied they are machined and hand polished to a create the surface nish. Black powder coated exterior. The sand casting technique may be visible in the nish.
